Classes

I run exercise classes for climbers, specifically designed by myself using the latest sports science and injury prevention research, as well as my own experience.

Shoulder Strength and Prehab

Starting with an educational brief about the shoulder, then a thorough warm-up demonstrating some of the most effective exercises you can use at the crag or the wall, followed by more strenuous exercises using the weights. 

Using the latest research, these exercises have been chosen to best target the rotator cuff and climbing-specific strength.

All are easily tailored to all abilities.

Hip and Knee Strength and Prehab

Starting with an educational brief about the anatomy of hip and knee injuries, then a thorough warm-up demonstrating some of the most effective exercises you can use at the crag or the wall, followed by more strenuous exercises using the weights. 

Using the latest research and my own experience, these exercises have been chosen to target the most important muscles for injury prevention and performance.

All are easily tailored to all abilities.
